Here are some questions and answers with regard to \u2018shielding letters\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What information is in the latest letter those who have been \u201cshielding\u201d have received?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The letter tells us that the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) advises that while the risk of COVID-19 remains low, those who have been shielding should continue to follow public health advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of day to day support, patients can contact the Covid 19 Community Helpline for information, advice and support, including local volunteer supported shopping and local or community food support organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
